    Found in Maine....an Original VTG LEICH Black Rotary Phone Refurbished in the past( phone repair sticker on bottom)
    with new internal wiring
    ,
    a brown cloth cord with Jack and an Internal( inside phone case) bird- chirp ringer! Ringer works great, albeit... NOT as loud as the original bell ringer!
    I “believe” that these originally were made with a separate subset ringer box??...but this one has the added ringer inside case and is
    ready to go!
    This also has ( what appears to be?) the original white paper center
    Dial piece “LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE” with the phone symbol and it has the unique original “spit cup” addition to the handset ! It looks to be the original paint...so the case may show some minor wear, a few chips in paint, a few wear areas around the handset hanger , and a paint “run” anomaly on the rear of the case.. could be a factory flaw? (See pic)....but overall still nice shine...but overall a super little vintage rotary phone that works great! I fully tested it, outgoing and incoming feature both working...my phone company/ telephone lines are still compatible with the old rotary phones....some companies may not be....so you would need a converter? if your phone company isn’t compatible.
