Item up for bid: Lot of 7 Assorted Vintage West Virginia License Plates. This is a nice group of license plates for the collector. These are all from West Virginia. 5 of them are the more modern design and there are 2 older ones from 1976 and 1982. They are all in pretty good condition overall. Could use a good cleaning.
