BOLIVIA 1 SOL 1869 18+mm BRN-121.2 Silver Viva Pres Melgarejo Natalicio NO HOLE!
An 1869 Proclamation Silver One Sol coin measuring 18.4mm from Bolivia that catalogs as BRN-121.2; grades Fine with Melgarejo bust on the obverse and VIVA EL PRESIDENTE MELGAREJO on the reverse. There were a number of coins made for various birthdays for him including a gold one in this same year. NO HOLE!!! This was one of the last of these Procs that were issued in Bolivia. MY NOTE:

it has no holes is due to
the
fact
that many Bolivian coins were holed and worn as jewelry by the native population.
