Device may requires an AT&T update and reset to function - please perform the following if you receive an error code:
Hook up an ethernet cable to the device.
Hard reset by pushing the red button for ~10 sec until you see the AT&T Logo on the TV
Immediately soft reset (momentary red button push) 7 times in a row each time AT&T Logo appears on the TV
Device should come back up and do a “System Update” download and install (`20 min)
After the System Update is complete it will reboot and succeed with Checking for Updates (`10 min)
after disconnecting the ethernet cable, the WiFi had to be reconnected; the process takes about 45 minutes
