Number:  121-040
Paint appears to be old and original, what is left that is.
There is surface rust on front and back.
No places that are thin or rusted through.
The edges aren't bad, top edge has a couple bent corners.
Measures, approximately 15" x 6"
This is a used antique plate.
It's not perfect.
Plates have not been cleaned, that is up to the buyer.
